What is your favorite supply chain planning framework? ​I am a great admirer of the Supply Chain Planning Matrix, initially developed by Fleischmann et al. (2008) and later adapted for the retail context by Alexander Hübner, Heinrich Kuhn, and Michael Sternbeck (2013). This matrix is my daily foundation for driving integration across the dm-drogerie markt Deutschland supply chain! ​Which framework is your favorite? Do you have one you would recommend?
