UrbanToronto interviewed Margaret Knowles, Senior Vice President, Development, to discuss Morguard's extensive refurbishment of 60 Bloor Street. The project included a new exterior façade, lobby and common area renovations, and modernized elevators. Each of the retail and office floors were retrofitted with sustainable features including light fixtures changed to LEDs and windows replaced with double-glazed units.
