It was a pleasure to share the stage with the incredible Brooke Hurndell, Sophie Wills, Anaru Tuhi and Grace MacCormick at the PRINZ - Public Relations Institute of New Zealand young PR practitioners event on Wednesday. We shared some of the highlights, challenges, and insights from our careers so far and the things we wish we'd known at the beginning, to a room full of engaged and inquisitive students, grads and those just kick-starting their career. I remember attending events like this in the early days myself, and in all honesty, it was a little bit surreal to be on this side of the microphone. It was nice to come full circle, hopefully impart some wisdom and reflect on the last eight years of my career in PR and comms.
