Our values refresh began with something simple: listening to our people.    Late last year, our employee survey reaffirmed just how deeply our values matter. It highlighted something equally important as we’ve grown and evolved, our values needed to evolve with us.    We brought together voices from across the business to co-create what comes next. A cross-functional working group explored the feedback, uncovered what truly matters to our people, and helped shape a set of values that reflect who we are today and who we’re becoming.    The result? A refreshed set of values, launched alongside our strategy, that gives every one of us a clear and shared sense of direction.    But for us, this isn’t about words on a wall. It’s about how we show up every day.    Across our teams in Australia and Manila, we brought these values to life through workshops, open conversations, and real stories from our people. We’ve been inspired by the ways our values already exist in action and how they continue to shape our culture.    What makes this even more meaningful is the commitment behind it.
