Starting at #Volocopter in October 2018 and being part of this incredible company until now has been a significant part of my professional life — and one that has also deeply shaped my personal journey.   Now it’s time to close this chapter and turn the page to a blank piece of paper.   When I joined Volocopter, we were around 50 people. We grew to nearly 600 at our peak. I had the opportunity to help establish and grow a new site, work on a new aircraft, contribute across multiple locations, and experience both incredible highs and incredibly tough lows --> all nice memories.   What I’ll never forget is the amazing team - technical, non-tech, supplychain, digital, operations, office, backoffice, P&O, finance, commercial — countless discussions, challenges, laughter, and some tears, too. We did great things together. Even more memorable was the unwavering support I received from this team throughout all the ups and downs. Fellow leaders will understand how “lonely” leadership can sometimes feel — and how valuable real support can feel like.   As many people share photos during transitions like this, I looked through mine as well… I couldn't choose. Too many options... So I’ll keep them — and I know those who have them as well.   The world is small - We'll meet again. We’ll work together again.
