It provides a cutting-edge modular deck layout for flexible use in varying applications such as cell seeding, media exchanges, autonomous cell shape monitoring, and viability testing. Its precision pipetting enables the generation of highly uniform spheroids and organoids, which in turn improves robustness and reliability of downstream readouts. Promega’s CellTiter-Glo® 3D Cell Viability Assay was designed for exactly the kind of complex, multicellular 3D models we work with. Its single-addition, wash-free format is a natural fit for robotic liquid handling on the MO:BOT. No manual transfer steps, excellent assay precision, all built on the trusted luminescent assay technology known from Promega. The integration of gold standard cell-based assays and the MO:BOT brings connected answers to automated 3D cell culture and organoid generation. It provides a new level of standardization and reproducibility to tiring routine laboratory tasks currently performed manually.
