אז איך הגעתם אלינו בכלל? שאל שמעון, הדירקטור לפרודקט שעמד לצידי. כן, איך הגעתם אלינו באמת? שאלתי את נציגת קרן ההשקעות לסטארטאפים מרייכמן, תוך כדי נשנוש אסטרטגי משולחן הגבינות והקוקטיילים. "דרך קלוד" "מה?" שאל שחר, ויפי פרודקט ופיתוח שהצטרף אלינו בעודו לוקח שלוק מקוקטייל צהבהב. (סתם, הוא בדיוק הלך לעשות שיחה, אבל לא רציתי שירגיש מחוץ לסצנה) "כן, התייעצנו עם קלוד איזה חברות הייטק מובילות בישראל אוהבות לארח מיטאפים והכנסנו עוד דברים לקחת בחשבון, והוא המליץ עליכם. ככה הגעתי אליכם". אחלה קלוד! אז שמחנו לארח את הקרן ולהכיר יזמים גאונים! המון תודה לשחר שאפשר הצצה חד פעמית למסע שלו מהפיץ' ועד רכישת הסטארטאפ שלו על ידי טיפלתי, ותודה לך ולשמעון על זמן המנטורינג שתרמתם! תודה לים, יאיר, שלי וכל שאר צוות הפיץ' נייט המסור שעבד מאחורי האירוע המדהים הזה! אייאיי הביא אתכם לדלת, אבל הסקרנות, השיחות והאנשים הם מה שבאמת פותח אותה. “So how did you end up here?” Shimon, the Director of Product standing next to me, asked. “Yeah, seriously, how did you find us?” I asked the representative from Reichman’s startup investment fund while strategically snacking near the cheese table. “Through Claude.” “What?” asked Shahar, VP of Product & Engineering, who had just joined us, taking a sip from his yellowish cocktail and giving us a curious look. (Okay, not really. He had actually stepped out for a call, but I didn’t want him to feel left out of the scene.) “Yeah, we asked Claude which leading tech companies in Israel like hosting meetups, added a few more things to consider… and it recommended you. That’s how we got here.” Good job, Claude. We were excited to host the fund and meet some truly brilliant founders. Huge thanks to Shahar for giving us a one-time glimpse into his journey, from pitch to having his startup acquired by Tipalti, and thank you and Shimon for the time and mentorship you gave. And thank you to Yam, Yair, Shelly, and the entire Pitch Night team who worked behind the scenes to make this amazing event happen. AI may have brought you to the door, but curiosity, conversations, and people are what actually open it.
