One of the most rewarding aspects of MOR isn't what happens during a program; it's what continues long after it ends. Across the country, MOR alumni continue to gather virtually and in person to share challenges, celebrate successes, exchange ideas, and support one another through leadership and life. Some groups meet every few months for peer coaching and reflection. Others gather for dinner, reconnect with former cohort members, or even launch book clubs to continue learning together. These alumni communities serve as coaches, accountability partners, sounding boards, and cheerleaders. They're a reminder that leadership isn't a solo endeavor, and that the relationships built through shared learning can become some of the most valuable resources we carry forward. As all MOR alumni know, "The answer is in the room." Years after a program concludes, that room can continue to expand through the connections, perspectives, and friendships that alumni bring to one another. Has your cohort or alumni group met recently? We'd love to hear about it. Share your updates here or email us at [email protected]. #MORLeaders #LeadershipCommunity #SharedLeadership
