Imposter syndrome in leadership is a very real, very common occurrence. Many leaders appear confident on the outside while quietly questioning themselves on the inside. Am I qualified enough? Do I belong in this role? Will others discover what I don't know? These are common signs of imposter syndrome in leadership—and they affect leaders at every level, including highly accomplished ones. Self-doubt can persist even in successful leaders, and greater self-awareness, reflection, and feedback can help us lead with more confidence and authenticity.
