Long-term value starts long before a building becomes operational At PROVADA, Montea joined a coalition of developers, investors and builders working to accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable concrete value chain. Concrete remains one of the most important building materials in logistics real estate. As logistics buildings are designed to perform for decades, decreasing the carbon footprint of construction materials is an important step towards reducing their overall environmental impact. The Betonakkoord (Dutch Concrete Agreement) is a sector-wide initiative that brings together developers, investors, builders and suppliers to accelerate the adoption of lower-carbon and more circular concrete solutions. At PROVADA, Cedric Montanus, Country Director Montea Netherlands, signed the agreement alongside Jacqueline Cramer, Chair of the Betonakkoord, and other leading parties from the Dutch construction and real estate sector. The ambitions behind the Betonakkoord closely align with Montea's approach to logistics real estate. Developing buildings that deliver long-term value means continuously looking for ways to reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality, safety or operational performance. #Montea #LongTermValue #PROVADA #LogisticsRealEstate #Sustainability
