Long-term value starts with the right location. Montea has signed a 15-year lease agreement with KoiosTitan for its multimodal site in Maastricht. Located at Beatrixhaven, the 16,000 m² property combines direct access to road, rail and inland waterways with a heavy grid connection - a combination that is becoming increasingly important for energy-intensive industrial and circular activities. The agreement underlines a clear market reality: well-located sites with strong infrastructure continue to attract long-term occupiers. "Even in a softer occupier market, the best locations remain in demand. Signing a 15-year lease is fully aligned with our vision of long-term value creation," says Cedric Montanus, Country Director Netherlands at Montea. KoiosTitan will use the site to further strengthen its circular processing activities following the acquisition of Rubber Resources' operations.
