Real progress starts with listening and acting on what we hear. Over the past year, we’ve been focused on improving the Monster experience based on feedback from the job seekers and employers who use our platform every day. We’re encouraged to see that progress reflected in our Trustpilot rating, which has increased to 3.8 stars and is now rated “Great.” It’s an important step forward, but we know there is more work to do. We’ll continue listening, learning, and investing in improvements that help people find the right opportunities and help employers find the right talent.
