It’s safe to say that the world has gone a bit topsy turvy of late. Wholesalers are going retail, distilleries are making hand sanitiser, pubs are turning into convenience stores, hotels are becoming quarantine wards – the whole food and hospitality sector is being disrupted like never before. But there’s always one constant: your customers. They’re still out there, and they will still need you – if not now, then sometime in the future, and perhaps not in the same way that they once did. Like most businesses, we’ve had to make a few changes to our operations in response to Covid-19.
