Reflecting on International Women’s Day 2026 This International Women’s Day, our Monash IVF Group Doctors across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide had the privilege of attending an inspiring event hosted by Business Chicks, featuring The Rt. Hon. Dame Jacinda Ardern. One message resonated deeply: leadership grounded in humility, kindness and empathy is powerful leadership. Dame Jacinda reminded us that humility and kindness are never weaknesses, and that empathy is not performative, it is action. For Monash IVF Group, these values matter every day. Supporting patients through deeply personal fertility journeys requires not only clinical expertise, but compassion, understanding and genuine care. We’re grateful for the opportunity to reflect on these lessons and the role we all play in creating workplaces, communities and healthcare systems where people feel supported and heard.
