For companies operating at scale, it’s a business imperative. 🤝 That’s why we’re excited to welcome Sven Hellmann as our new Chief People & Culture Officer and member of the Executive Team at momox. 🎉 Since May 1, Sven has been leading our People & Culture function, shaping the people strategy for more than 2,100 momoxians across Berlin, Leipzig and Szczecin. He joins us with extensive experience in scaling organisations in fast-growing e-commerce environments, most recently as Head of People & Culture at flaconi. As Europe’s leading re-commerce company, we know that sustainable growth doesn’t happen through technology, logistics or processes alone. It happens when talented people can do their best work, collaborate across borders and continue to grow with the business. In his first weeks, Sven has focused on getting to know the people, teams and operations behind momox.
