Today, our very own Devon Blumer, director of quality and food safety, was named a 2026 STEP Ahead Awards honoree by The Manufacturing Institute - MI.   These awards recognize exceptional manufacturing leaders who strengthen their workplaces and lead by example. From nearly 1,000 nominations each year, only 100 individuals are selected for their lasting impact, so we couldn’t be prouder of Devon’s achievement. Her dedication, leadership and passion for advancing quality in manufacturing continues to inspire us all.     Molson Coors is proud to have an honoree representing our organization for each of the past 15 years, and Devon will be honored at the formal awards ceremony in Washington D.C. this April. Join us in congratulating Devon on this well-deserved honor!
