Skin is our largest organ. Skin is mirror to our internal state. Skin is our biggest protector. Skin is Spiritual. Most of the times I can figure out if there is an internal issue by just looking at my skin; and of others too๐ Lesser the internal load, brighter and healthier the skin! I am 50, and this is how I maintain the health of my largest, most reflective and protective organ- 1. Consciousness- skin talks. It talks directly. No sugar coating. Listen to how it changes & evolves, what it holds & reflects, what it is saying. For eg- Mental & emotional struggles will reflect as dull, non-luminous, dark patched skin (amongst other signsโฆ) High energy load like extreme emotions and over thinking (negativity) will deplete youth of your skin. Let go of negativity. 2. Meditation- I canโt stress more on how amazing meditation is for our physicality also! Meditation helps de-load mental and emotional heaviness, & fills that space with new young energy.
