Role & Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at Anjani Foods Limited manufacturing unit with plant capacity of 4.5 Tones per day in Kakinada district, AP. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing production planning, quality control, production management, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations skills Experience in Quality Control and Operations Management Strong background in Production Management Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Previous experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment is preferred Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
