🌱 Reflecting on My First Teaching Block in the UCL MBA Health Program As the first teaching block of the MBA Health program wraps up, I’ve taken some time to pause and reflect using Rolfe et al.’s (2001) reflective model — What? So what? Now what? what? This term's assessments challenged me to go beyond fundamental learning and apply theory directly to actual healthcare problems. I gained the capacity to critically assess leadership dynamics and health systems using both analytical and reflective perspectives through case studies and strategy simulations. 💡 So what? My ability to link industry ideas with the nuances of healthcare delivery has been enhanced as the result of this experience, as serves as essential to fostering change in digital health. It also acted as an indicator that working together and introspection are key leadership skills, as well as educational endeavors. My own development strategy now targets strategic communication and data-informed decision-making, key growth areas that I had been able find out via the process. What now? Through concrete efforts and active networking, I want to expand my comprehension of value-based healthcare and bolster my leadership toolset in the future. My approach to learning and work will always be based on reflection, that changes experience into ongoing growth. Regarding Participation Throughout the block, I made a point to contribute regularly and consistently whether by sharing my expertiese in digital health and healthcare management, challenging assumptions in class discussions, or connecting with resources outside of the classroom. by being attentive and listning closley is often when i find the best info, these very diverse and widely different perspectives are for me what's this program is all about.
