يسعدني مشاركة ملصقنا العلمي (Research Poster) والمستخرج من ورقة بحثية قيد النشر قريباً بعنوان: **"The Effect of Different Household Washing Methods on Removing Lambda-Cyhalothrin Pesticide Residues from Tomatoes"** 🔬 **عن الدراسة:** قمنا بتقييم فعالية طرق الغسيل المنزلية المختلفة في خفض متبقيات مبيد *Lambda-Cyhalothrin* على ثمار الطماطم باستخدام تقنية **GC-MS/MS**. وأظهرت النتائج دور هذه الممارسات البسيط والفعال في تعزيز سلامة الغذاء والحد من المخاطر الصحية. 🌍 **المشاركة الدولية:** شرفنا بعرض هذا الملصق خلال **الورشة الإفريقية الرابعة لسلامة الغذاء الصحي** التابعة للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية (**IAEA**) في أبيدجان - ساحل العاج، وسط حضور أكثر من 100 خبير من 31 دولة، حيث حظي العمل بإشادة واسعة من المتخصصين. 🤝 كل الشكر والتقدير للزميلة **لبنى خضر** التي شاركت في هذا البحث وقامت بتمثيل فريقنا وحُظي الملصق بتميز وإشادة كبيرة خلال فعاليات الورشة. 📝 الورقة العلمية كاملة في مراحل النشر الأخيرة، وأتطلع لمشاركتها معكم فور صدورها بإذن الله. #FoodSafety #PesticideResidues #GCMSMS #AnalyticalChemistry #IAEA #Research #Tomatoes #Sudan Pleased to share our research poster, derived from an upcoming manuscript titled: **"The Effect of Different Household Washing Methods on Removing Lambda-Cyhalothrin Pesticide Residues from Tomatoes"** 🔬 **About the Study:** We evaluated various household washing methods to reduce *Lambda-Cyhalothrin* residues on tomatoes using **GC-MS/MS** analysis. The findings highlight practical ways to enhance food safety and mitigate consumer health risks. 🌍 **International Exposure:** Honored that this poster was presented at the **4th African Food Safety Workshop** by the **IAEA** in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, gathering over 100 experts from 31 countries, where it received excellent feedback. 🤝 Special thanks to my colleague **Lubna Khidir** for her valuable contribution and for outstandingly representing our team at the workshop. 📝 The full paper is in the final stages of publication.
