This email made my day. 📧 A paper I peer reviewed for  PLOS Digital Health just got  ACCEPTED for publication. The topic? "Multidimensional Evaluation of  Large Language Models on the AAP  In-Service Examination" In simple terms — how well does  AI perform on medical exams? This is exactly why I am passionate  about Digital Health and AI in Medicine. As an MBBS student from Pakistan — being part of the peer review process  for cutting edge AI research feels  surreal. 🇵🇰 Here's what this means: → My critical analysis contributed    to a published paper on AI in medicine → An MBBS student reviewed research    that will shape how we think about    AI in medical education → Geography is no barrier to    contributing to global science To every medical student who thinks: "I'm too junior to contribute  to research" This email says otherwise. You don't need to be a professor. You don't need to be in the West. You just need to start. Grateful to Section Editor  Dr. Mathew V. Kiang, PhD  for this opportunity 🙏 Want to know how to become  a peer reviewer as a student?
