His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has approved the Board of Directors of the UAE Falcons Federation, created pursuant to Decision No. (31) of 2021 issued by the Chairman of the General Authority of Sports on the formation of the Board of Directors of the UAE Falcons Federation for 2020-2024. The approval came during the first meeting of the Board chaired by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed. Sheikh Ahmed expressed his gratitude to Dubai Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his directives which led to the formation of the Board. The Crown Prince’s directives were part of efforts to preserve the heritage and culture of the country and raise awareness of the art of falconry among younger generations.
