✍️ مجتمع السدن السكني.. رواية هندسية تُكتب بإتقان بفخر، نشارككم قصة مشروع مجتمع السدن السكني (زون ٦)، المكوّن من 73 مبنى سكني (خمسة أدوار وملحق)؛ لوحة حضرية تجمع بين الدقة والجمال. بدأنا من الصفر، وكان لقسم المساحة الدور المحوري: 🔷 تجهيز الترافيرس الخارجي والداخلي 🔷 تنفيذ الميزانية الشبكية 🔷 متابعة أعمال الحفر، الردم، اللبشة، الأدوار، والتشطيبات 🔷 تنفيذ المواقف والحدائق كل ذلك بتنفيذ مطابق للمخططات، وتنسيق مستمر مع المقاولين لضمان تكامل الأعمال وجودتها. نجاح هذا المشروع هو شهادة على كفاءة فريقنا والتزامه بتحويل الرؤية إلى واقع. ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ ✍️ Al-Saddan Residential Community… An Engineering Narrative Written with Precision We are proud to share the story of the Al-Saddan Residential Community projec (Zone 6), consisting of 73 residential buildings (five floors and a penthouse); an urban masterpiece that combines accuracy and beauty. From the very beginning, the surveying department played a pivotal role: 🔷 Preparing the external and internal traverse 🔷 Executing the grid leveling 🔷 Overseeing excavation, backfilling, raft foundation, floors, and finishing levels 🔷 Implementing parking areas and gardens All of this was carried out in full compliance with the plans, with continuous coordination with the contractors to ensure seamless and high-quality work.
