قصة شريف فودة، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة نسر (NESR) - واحدة من أكبر شركات الخدمات البترولية - مع شركة شلمبرجير (SLB) اللي قضى فيها ٢٥ سنة، هي قصة بتعكس واقع بنعيشه في مسيرتنا المهنية. الراجل ده كان عنده خطة بينام ويصحى يفكر فيها. ورغم ارتباطه بالمكان اللي كان بيكبر جواه يوم بعد يوم، إلا إن التغيرات اللي بتحصل في أي كيان أحياناً بتبقى مش مناسبة ليك.. مش معنى كده إن التغيرات دي غلط، لكن ببساطة "مبقتش لايقة عليك". وده موقف بيحصل مع ناس كتير جداً. ​أكيد هو درس إمتى ياخد القرار، ومحدد لنفسه مرحلة عمرية معينة عشان يتأكد إن خطوته دي مش تهور، لكنها خطوة مدروسة بوعي كامل. قرر يبدأ شركة جديدة، بس مش من الصفر.. بدأها على أساس قوي من الخبرة، الإدارة، والعلاقات. ونفذ الخطة اللي عقله كان بيقنعه بيها في موقف كان لازم يتحسم من غير تردد. ​الدروس المهمة اللي استفدتها شخصياً من القصة دي: ١. الولاء للمكان اللي بتشتغل فيه لازم يستمر لحد اللحظة الأخيرة. ٢. هدفك الشخصي دايماً هو الأولوية. ٣. اختيار التوقيت الصح: لا تستعجل وتتهور، ولا تتأخر وتضيع الفرصة. ٤. الاستعداد للتعب: بص لصعوبة الطريق قبل ما تبص للنتيجة، لأن التفاصيل دايماً بتكون صعبة ومُهلكة. ٥. طبيعة الارتباط: ارتباطك بالكيانات والشركات لازم يكون نابع من "ضميرك المهني" مش من "عاطفتك الشخصية". ​ ​Career Lessons and the Art of Timing 🎯 ​The story of Sherif Foda, Chairman and CEO of NESR, and his 25-year journey with Schlumberger (SLB) deeply reflects a reality many of us face in our careers.
