At Chijmes in Singapore, Dom Pérignon unveiled three new vintages — Vintage 2017, 2008 Plénitude 2, and Rosé 2010 — while bringing together, for the first time, the Dom Pérignon Society Chefs of Southeast Asia. For one evening, these extraordinary chefs stepped away from their kitchens to reconnect as a community. Around a shared table, they exchanged stories, memories, and their first encounters with Dom Pérignon, while enjoying a poetical creation by fellow Society member, Chef Natsuko Shoji of été perfectly paired with the new vintages. More than a gastronomic experience, it was a celebration of the bonds that unite creators. Across cuisines, cultures, and journeys, a shared philosophy emerged: the pursuit of excellence, craftsmanship, and harmony. From August to September, this dialogue continues across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, where the Dom Pérignon Society Chefs will each present their interpretation of Harmony paired with Vintage 2017, available at Saint Pierre, Burnt Ends, Butcher's Block, Les Amis, DC, Mauri, and Potong restaurants. Because the finest creations do more than inspire, they bring extraordinary people together. #MoetHennessySoutheastAsia #DomPérignon #MoetHennessy #Singapore #SaintPierre #BurntEnds #ButchersBlock #LesAmis #DC #Mauri #Potong Enjoy responsibly.
