Strong partnerships are built when experience and innovation move forward together. 🤝 We are proud to strengthen our collaboration with Eld Energy through the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop a 1.2 MW power system integrated with carbon capture for future zero-emission FPSOs. Eld Energy will lead the design, procurement, and construction of the power system based on solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs), including the necessary testing and validation. MODEC will develop the carbon capture facility and system integration for FPSOs. 💡In a recent publication, Eld Energy highlighted that MODEC demonstrated “remarkable courage in engaging so deeply with a startup”, reinforcing how innovation gains strength when established companies and new talent work side-by-side.
