We are looking for a Community Development Officer (CDO) to lead impactful programs in the Sumenep area! 🎯 Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Social Welfare, Sociology, Anthropology, Communications, Social Development, Forestry/Environmental Sciences, or other relevant fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDO, CSR Officer, or Community Relations/Empowerment role especially in handling PROPER assessment. - Well-versed in PROPER concepts, Social Mapping, Needs Assessment, and Stakeholder Analysis. - Strong skills in communication, group facilitation, and conflict resolution with various stakeholders (from local governments to community leaders). - Willing to work actively in the field and mobile across villages & operational areas (Must hold a valid Class A/C driver's license). 🌟 Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in rural/coastal areas and a good understanding of SDGs & ESG frameworks. 📬 Interested in joining our team?
