Shri Abhay Bakre, Mission Director, MNRE, today, co-chaired the Sixth Joint Working Group Meeting under the India–UK Energy for Growth Partnership in hybrid mode. Discussions covered key areas including offshore wind, energy storage, green hydrogen, and power system transformation, with a focus on enabling higher renewable energy penetration through long-duration storage solutions, offshore wind deployment, and knowledge exchange on policy and regulatory frameworks.
