Ward 11 Coun. Bill Leduc failed to convince his peers on Tuesday to defer the relocation of the #GreaterSudbury #AnimalShelter from Kari Road in Wahnapitae to 2500 Dube Rd., near Moonlight Beach. Not only did councillors not agree to a deferral, several took him to task over the request, calling him unprepared and ill-informed.
