I have taken a leap 🤸🏼‍♀️ After nearly 12 great years with Ramboll - delivering impactful and exciting projects alongside brilliant colleagues - I have stepped away without knowing exactly what my next step would be. It had turned out to be a fantastic opportunity to be curious - and I have had great conversations with people in other sectors and industries about transformation, operations and what makes good leadership in global organisations. And that is one thing I’ve realised: being out and having these dialogues energise and inspire me, and I’d like to bring that practice onwards.
