As this year’s Mizner University program comes to a close, we celebrated with a special dinner honoring the team members who committed themselves to learning, growing, and gaining a broader understanding of Club operations. Mizner University, our in-house professional development program, is designed to cultivate confident, well-rounded leaders through mentorship, leadership development, and insights from industry experts and senior leadership. Over the past three months, these team members have dedicated their time, energy, and passion to investing in themselves and in one another — and it has been incredibly rewarding to watch their growth along the way. We are incredibly proud of this year’s participants: Jason Pochette, Celeste Grau, Katie Baker, Alex Marrero, Anisio Maure, Maria Jose Sanchez Rojas, Tiffany Skeete, Luis Garcia, Farrah Samms and Melanie Dasch. A special thank you to Melissa Gaynor and Mark Bado, MCM, CCE, CMAA Fellow for their leadership and vision in spearheading this meaningful initiative for our team.
