Last week was a little “gone with the wind” (literally 🌬️)! We welcomed our SPTC Directors Robert Cassin and Akira Wada, together with Sr Leaders Laetitia Kister and Chloe Teo (now our SPT Operations Leader!) during one of the windiest weeks Barcelona has seen… yet it turned into one of the most meaningful visits for our site. I had the opportunity to shape the agenda focusing on moments of real connection. (I admit, maybe a lil too back-to-back but we’ll blame it on the wind!) My highlights would be shadowing sessions where Leaders’ questions sparked solid next steps for improving our program and customer experience, an open AMA with the teams moderated by our Site Lead Jared Norwood, AI walkthroughs, a roundtable with Sellers joining us onsite (huge thanks to Gina Solari for making that happen on such short notice!), and even a Flamenco night that brought a bit of Spanish spirit into the week. Despite the wild wind trying its best, we wrapped everything up safe and sound🤞🏼 and with plenty of inspiration to carry forward.
