The discussion focused on balance as fairness, not favouring one gender over another but removing the visible and invisible barriers that limit everyone’s potential. Highlights included Dr Linda Friedland on mental health and performance, who emphasised that even top leaders often carry hidden stress from balancing work and life. She shared the powerful RESET framework: Recovery, Energy Protection, Strength, Support, Transformation. The event also featured a diverse and inspiring panel, Kirsten Rose FTSE GAICD, Talar Anjer Koushian, Louisa Frome, and Pierre Yang MLC, showcasing how collaboration and resilience drive meaningful progress. This year’s theme, “When we give, we gain,” reminds us that generosity multiplies impact. By sharing knowledge, mentoring, and opportunities, we help women thrive.
