"TRUST THE PROCESS" #Quality isn't built overnight. It's built one process at a time." Over the last few months, I've been working on something that often goes unnoticed but forms the backbone of any service-oriented organisation i.e building systems. At Bellissimo Wellness, we recently completed Version 1.0 of our internal #QualityImprovementProject, focused on standardising operations, strengthening employee development and improving client experience. Some key milestones included: ✅ Development of a Quality Manual with eight role-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ✅ A structured 2-day induction programme for new therapists ✅ External certification programmes to encourage continuous professional development ✅ Competency assessments based on practical skills, client communication and quality standards This project reinforced an important lesson for me: Great organisations don't rely on exceptional individuals, they rely on exceptional systems that help ordinary people consistently deliver exceptional experiences. As I continue balancing entrepreneurship with my role in healthcare, I'm increasingly convinced that #qualitymanagement, people development and continuous improvement are universal principles, whether in diagnostics, wellness or any service industry. This is only Version 1.0. The journey of learning and improving never truly ends.
