This week, Switzerland participated in the informal meetings of transport ministers and telecommunications ministers in Lefcosia, Cyprus 🇨🇾   🚆 At the Informal Transport Council, Switzerland was represented by Ambassador Christoph Burgener, who participated in sessions on advancing interoperable rail technologies and the deployment of the European Rail Traffic Management System, as well as reinforcing the security, resilience, and strategic role of European ports.   🌐 The topics of the Informal Telecommunication Council included accelerating the adoption of trustworthy AI, strengthening the protection of minors online, and the protection of Europe’s critical infrastructure.
