A few weeks ago, our Senior Leadership Team came together for two days, taking time to connect, self-reflect and learn. The sessions helped build a deeper understanding of how they each work, lead, and collaborate, both as a group and in their individual teams. We know that leaders can have a ripple effect across the whole team, and we're proud to continue to build a culture where everyone at Miss Amara feels supported and empowered to keep learning.
