We're Hiring: Business Analyst - Level 2 Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 8-Month Contract We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major New York State Human Services & Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) modernization initiative. Required Experience: 4–7 years as a Business Analyst 3–7 years supporting New York State Government projects Experience with Human Services / Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) Strong Fair Hearings experience Requirements Gathering, SDLC, Agile, User Stories, Functional Specifications, Business Process Flows, Wireframes, and Data Dictionaries Preferred: • Fair Hearings modernization projects • BA + QA experience (UAT, test planning, defect management) • Medicaid, SNAP, or other Human Services eligibility programs If you have experience supporting New York State eligibility or Human Services modernization projects, we'd love to hear from you.
