先日、LinkedIn Japan本社にお邪魔し、AIを活用した候補者サーチについて学んできました。 これまでの私は、検索条件を一つひとつ設定しながら、 「なかなか求める候補者に出会えないな…」 と悩むこともしばしば。 ところが、AIサーチを使ってみると、求める人物像を自然な言葉で入力するだけで、これまで見つけられなかったような候補者が次々と表示されるのです。検索にかかる工数は大幅に減る一方で、マッチ度の高い候補者との出会いはむしろ増える――まさにAIの力を実感した瞬間でした。 採用の世界も、AIによって大きく変わり始めています。 これからはAIサーチを積極的に活用しながら、より多くの素敵な候補者との出会いを楽しんでいきたいと思います。 貴重な学びの機会を提供してくださったLinkedIn Japanの皆様、ありがとうございました！ I recently visited LinkedIn Japan and attended a seminar on how to use AI for candidate sourcing. In the past, I spent a lot of time manually setting search filters and often struggled to find the right candidates. However, when I tried AI Search, I was amazed. By simply describing the ideal candidate in natural language, I was able to discover highly relevant talent that I might not have found before. While the time spent searching has decreased significantly, the quality of candidate matches has improved. It was a moment when I truly realized the power of AI. The recruiting world is changing rapidly with AI. I look forward to using AI-powered search more actively and connecting with many great candidates in the future.
