Today, we announced that the VISTAS study, evaluating volixibat in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), met its primary endpoint, showing statistically significant and clinically meaningful reductions in pruritus. These results represent an important step toward addressing one of the most burdensome symptoms experienced by people living with PSC. Full VISTAS results will be presented in a late-breaking oral presentation at the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) International Liver Congress on May 30 at 2:15 pm CEST.
