Several of these such as mechanical or laser gravure, degreasing and plating with copper, chrome or nickel are producing wastewater which is highly polluted with heavy metals, acids and surfactants. Evaporation by VACUDEST units has proven to be a feasible alternative to disposal or chemical-physical treatment. In addition to that the distillate can be reused in the process again thus protects the environment and saves fresh water ressources. ________________________________________________________________ Die Herstellung von Tiefdruckzylindern für den Druck Industrie kombiniert verschiedene galvanische und mechanische Herstellungsverfahren. Mehrere dieser Verfahren wie mechanischer oder Laser-Gravur, Entfettung und Beschichtung mit Kupfer, Chrom oder Nickel erzeugen Abwasser, das stark mit Schwermetallen, Säuren und Tensiden belastet ist. Die Verdampfung durch VACUDEST hat sich als praktikable Alternative zur Entsorgung oder chemisch-physikalischen Behandlung erwiesen.
