Developing the future leaders of Mirion means everything to our company’s continued growth and success. That's why we launched our Leadership Development Program. It’s designed to help selected team members strengthen their leadership capabilities and prepare for opportunities across our global business. Last week, our inaugural Leadership Development Program cohort gathered for the first time in Meriden, Connecticut for a workshop. Through a variety of exercises, the group was challenged to broaden their perspective on leading in a dynamic environment. What stood out most was the energy in the room: thoughtful discussions, a willingness to learn, and a shared commitment to growth.
