When Daniel Traça joined Esade last September and introduced the idea of having a Chief of Staff, very few in the organization were familiar with the role outside of the public sector even though it’s becoming more common in the private sector too.   It’s been a fascinating journey over the past year, shaping what this position could mean for Esade while also helping to set up our new Transformation Office.   Starting this September, I’ll focus fully on my role as Chief of Staff, working closely with leadership to drive strategic alignment, coordinate priorities, support decision-making and help turn ideas into action across the institution, always with the aim of maximizing Esade’s impact.   The The Chief of Staff Association has been an invaluable companion along the way, helping me truly understand the significance of this role as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership.   Looking forward to what’s next!
