In conversation with Nic Kaufmann x Vanity Teen Growing up in Singapore, Nic Kaufmann was imbued with the flavors of a multi-racial society, a melting pot where cultures converge effortlessly. “I always found myself fascinated by the diversity that surrounded me,” he recalls. His unique upbringing gave him a lens through which he viewed the world, allowing him to appreciate cultural nuances and foster an open-minded perspective. “I was constantly encouraged to explore different cultures, which later translated into my content creation,” Nic shared. Specific childhood experiences, such as family gatherings filled with traditional Indian and German roots, played a pivotal role in shaping his understanding of cultural identity. These formative moments laid the groundwork for Nic’s current work as a content creator, where he champions multiculturalism and individuality in a world that often favors conformity.
