“Try. You’ve got this.”  That’s what Ivan Naumov, PhD’s future wife told him before his interview at Miratech. He came to the company as a young university lecturer looking to stay close to real-world technology and bring practical experience back to his students. What he found was much bigger than that. Over the years, Ivan grew from QA Engineer to Project Manager, working on enterprise CX environments, complex customer projects, and large-scale transformations. Along the way, he helped shape the careers of more than 300 students, many of whom now work in IT companies around the world.  One thing that stood out to him from the beginning was Miratech’s culture of long-term growth. “At that time, many people believed you had to constantly change companies to grow professionally. But Miratech gave people real opportunities to develop, which is why so many employees stayed for years.” For Ivan, some of the most rewarding moments came from stepping into difficult environments and watching trust slowly build through the work of the team. “Sometimes we inherited chaos instead of stable systems. It was fascinating to watch clients move from skepticism to surprise and trust as our teams got to work.” Today, Ivan is deeply interested in how technology, AI, and complex systems are reshaping the future of IT. But what matters most to him is still people, learning, and the ability to keep evolving. His advice to anyone starting their journey at Miratech:  “Learn to listen to others and look around you.
