Sometimes the future doesn’t look like a road or a strategy deck. Sometimes it looks like two small hands reaching for you, asking you to show them the world. Being a CEO has taught me about resilience, courage, and long-term vision. Being a mother has taught me why any of it matters. I’m building a company I hope will shape the world they grow up in. And they’re shaping the leader I bring to that work every day. Here’s to holding the future — literally and figuratively — and doing the work it deserves.
