Travelers are starting to ask an AI where to stay, then book whatever it returns. Researchers at Wharton measured how far that goes. In controlled tasks, people adopted the AI's answer on 80 to 93 percent of the trials where they consulted it, and their accuracy rose or fell with the AI's.
