It’s been a while since we started researching values and habits, and we’ve now developed a values training program adapted to the players’ ages and the club’s culture. At Ekkono, we believe it’s not enough to celebrate Values Day once a year, hang inspiring quotes in the hallways and locker rooms, or launch a well-crafted marketing campaign. Our goal is for the entire organization to live its values on daily basis, and to achieve that, it needs to be planned and adapted to each club’s reality. We’re beginning the implementation of this new values and habits program at CF Can Vidalet, and will then expand it worldwide.
