이번 AWS Summit Seoul 2026에서 바비톡 최권열 CTO 님과 함께 “바비톡의 AX 여정: 에이전틱 AI로 K-beauty를 바꾸다“를 주제로 발표를 진행했습니다. Agentic AI가 빠르게 확산되고 있지만, 실제로 PoC를 넘어 Production까지 이어지는 사례는 여전히 제한적인 상황에서, 바비톡이 어떻게 이러한 간극을 줄이고 실질적인 비즈니스 가치로 연결했는지에 대해 다루었습니다. Amazon Bedrock 기반의 멀티 모델 전략과 AI-DLC를 통한 개발 프로세스 혁신, 그리고 AgentCore를 활용한 운영 구조까지 이어지며, 단순 기술 도입이 아닌 “도구 + 방법론” 기반 접근을 통해 문제를 해결해 나갔습니다. 발표를 준비하면서 고객과 함께 문제를 정의하고, 직접 빌딩한 내용을 공유할 수 있었던 점이 무엇보다 의미 있는 경험이였습니다. 함께 멋진 발표 만들어주신 바비톡 최권열(Kwonyul Choi)CTO님께 진심으로 감사드립니다! 또한 써밋 준비 과정에서 많은 도움을 주신 AWS 김민아 님, 김범준 님, Changik Lee 님, Injae Park 님, 김세진 님, 박주형님 감사드립니다!! I had the opportunity to present at AWS Summit Seoul 2026, together with Kwon Yeol Choi, CTO of Babitalk, on the topic of “The AX Journey of a K-beauty Platform through Agentic AI.” While Agentic AI is rapidly gaining momentum, there are still relatively few cases that successfully move beyond PoC to full production. In this session, we shared how Babitalk has been able to bridge this gap and translate AI adoption into real business value. From a multi-model strategy based on Amazon Bedrock, to innovation in the development process through AI-DLC, and an operational architecture powered by Bedrock AgentCore - challenges were addressed not just through technology itself, but through a “tool + methodology” driven approach. Personally, it was especially meaningful to define the problem together with the customer and share what we had actually built on stage.
