Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) works closely with various PEERS Network partners to operate mobile clinics across Singapore, offering free physical checkups, basic health screening, dental care and even Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation to make essential healthcare more accessible for rough sleepers. According to MSF’s Report on the Street Count of Rough Sleepers 2025, 1 in 2 rough sleepers reported having some form of medical condition.
