Mr. Bharat Khera, 1995 batch IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre, assumes charge as Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Government of India Mr Bharat Khera earlier held leadership positions at various levels in the State Government as well as in the Central Government. Prior to his current assignment, he was posted as Additional Secretary in the Department of Consumer Affairs. In his earlier 7 years stint in the Government of India, Mr. Khera held charge of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence for more than 5 years and Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat for about 2 years As Secretary MSME, Mr Khera is passionately committed to make the MSME sector a key player towards achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. #UdyamiBharatViksitBharat #MSME #empowerment
